By accessing and using Velork ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

Begin with an empty canvas or import your existing Figma designs directly into our platform.

2. Design & Iterate

Work on your design, refine it, and use our AI chat for design inspiration, color schemes, and typography suggestions.

3. AI-Powered Code Generation

Once your design is finalized, it's automatically converted into a working application in the framework of your choice.

4. Customize & Enhance

Make further edits to add business logic, adjust functionality, and fine-tune your application.

5. Two-Way GitHub Integration

Seamlessly sync your code with GitHub repositories for version control and collaboration.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your Velork account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.

  • • Maintain the security of your account and connected services
  • • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • • Ensure your contact information remains current
  • • Respect the intellectual property rights of others

Acceptable Use Policy

To ensure Velork remains a safe and productive platform for all users, you agree not to use the Service to:

  • • Upload or generate malicious, harmful, or illegal content
  • • Violate intellectual property rights or import copyrighted designs without permission
  • • Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models or proprietary technology
  • • Use the Service for any illegal activities or prohibited purposes
  • • Spam, harass, or abuse other users or our support team
  • • Exceed usage limits or attempt to bypass security restrictions
  • • Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or our servers

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content and Designs

You retain full ownership of all designs, content, and code you create using Velork. When you import Figma designs, you confirm you have the right to use those designs. You grant us a limited license to process your designs and generate code for your benefit.

AI-Generated Code

All code generated by Velork's AI belongs to you. However, you acknowledge that similar code patterns may be generated for other users with similar design inputs, as our AI learns from common development patterns.

Velork's Platform

Velork's platform, AI models, proprietary technology, and underlying infrastructure remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our proprietary technology.

Third-Party Integrations

Velork integrates with third-party platforms to enhance your development experience. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service:

Integration Details

Figma Integration

We connect to Figma's API to import your designs. This is subject to Figma's Terms of Service and API usage policies.

GitHub Integration

Our two-way GitHub sync is subject to GitHub's Terms of Service. We only access repositories you explicitly authorize.

Our Responsibility

We are not responsible for third-party service availability, changes to their APIs, or their terms of service.

Service Availability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, Velork is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

  • • Temporary service interruptions or maintenance downtime
  • • Third-party integration failures or API changes
  • • Loss of data due to user error or third-party service issues
  • • Generated code that may require manual optimization
  • • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Velork in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to Velork ceases, but you retain ownership of your designs and generated code. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms as Velork evolves. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
